Sales and account setup
Contact details submitted here are saved in KCB’s Sales workspace so the team can respond. A secure browser cookie carries your details and plan choice into the application for up to seven days. Saved onboarding applications follow the existing secure onboarding workflow.
Setup requests and cost comparisons
Score-model and integration inquiries are recorded for KCB Setup and Sales. Pricing comparison inquiries retain the report mix, service quantities, assumptions, and estimated costs with your Sales request. These requests do not activate products or establish a final quote.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe, KCB stores your name, email, optional company, consent wording, and signup date for newsletter communications. You can request an opt-out from support, and newsletter links provide an unsubscribe form. Newsletter signups are separate from sales inquiries.
Support and third-party services
Live chat uses KCB’s LiveChat account. Support requests are sent to HelpDesk when enabled. Invoice lookup uses the existing billing service, and payments are completed through QuickBooks. These providers process information needed to deliver the requested service.
Share sensitive information securely
Use the designated secure application, upload, and payment workflows for documents and payment information. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, or payment numbers in general contact forms.
Website measurement
We use limited first-party website measurement to understand visits, pricing interest, and signup progress. Anonymous browser-session identifiers and broad traffic-source categories help improve the app. We do not include credit-report contents, payment information, form text, secure links, or full browsing URLs in those measurements. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings disable anonymous measurement. Submitted contact details and sales requests remain part of our business records.
