- Once you have signed into your online account. Access the credit report you would like to order a rapid re-score on. On the right side of the screen under Add-On Products, choose Request Repository Update.
- The re-score order form will then appear. Make sure you verify the Order By and Email address at the top of the page. Next, check mark the accounts you would like to re-score, the credit bureaus you would like updated, the Reasons for the update, you can add additional Comments (if desired), attach the proof document and lastly, click Next on the top right of the screen.
- After clicking Next, the Confirm Request screen will appear. You can now enter the credit card you would like to use to pay for the request. You would then checkmark the check box under the Order Agreement section and then click Submit Request button.
