- Once you have signed into your online account. Access the credit report you would like to order a supplement on. On the right side of the screen under Add-On Products, choose Request Supplement.
- The supplement order form will then appear. Make sure you verify the Ordered By and Requestor's Email address at the top of the page. Next, check mark the accounts you would like to order a supplement on, the Reasons for the update, you can add additional Comments (if desired), attach the proof document/Borrower's Authorization and lastly, click Submit Order on the top right of the screen.
- A confirmation message will appear confirming the order was successfully submitted.
- You can check status, message the processor and download the results, when completed, under the Requests History section of the credit report.
